Pepper Prawn

So it's Prawn time again and this time it was an impromptu recipe. Thanks to my immense love for Prawn Husband brought 1 kg of Prawn. I then thought of making some new dishes. It's been long I made some starter so this was it. Some very basic elements and BANG ON!!! the tasty and delicious starter is ready. If friends or relatives are coming you can make it in 15-20 minutes and can get gallons of praises from everyone for sure. This is one easy but sure shot winner recipe. Here goes the recipe-



Ingredients


  • 400 gms medium size Prawns
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 small lemon
  • 3 tsp powdered black pepper
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to fry

Method-

  • Wash, peel and devein the prawns.
  • Sprinkle 2 tsp black pepper and mix well with the prawns.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemons keep 1 tsp separate and mix the rest well with the pran and pepper mixture. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Chop the green bell pepper and sprinkle little salt over it. Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat the butter in a deep oak. 
  • Fry the green bell pepper.
  • Mix the prawns mix the remaining black pepper and fry till it becomes light golden in both the side.
  • Put the flame off and sprinkle the balsamic vinegar (if using) over it.
  • Serve hot.
