Chocolate Mousse

Do you like Nutella? Many of you I am sure you know that it is the yummie choco spread and it makes the yummiest Choco Mousse. Even though I do not eat desserts I love making them and having a chocolate loving partner surely helps. So on a Friday afternoon when a few friends were to come at our place I decided to make this simple and yummy choco dessert. It is a failsafe recipe everyone can try at home.

Ingredients-

• 4 tablespoon Nutella
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 tsp instant coffee powder
• 1tsp gelatin
• 1tsp spiced rum

Method-

• Blend the Nutella, honey, spiced rum and fresh cream together until you get a foamy and cloudy mixture.
• Double boil the gelatin in 1 tsp water and mix it with the nutella mix.
• Blend some more.
• Pour into glasses or dessert bowls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
• Serve cold and plate it simply or in a creative way to impress everyone.
