Tasty Zesty Chicken

Sometimes all you need is a bit os spicy and chatpata taste. Yesterday, I thought of making some dry preparation of Chicken that could go well with chilled beer. As always without thinking much I started making the dish and the end result was not only good for the eyes but also for the tastebuds. It is a slow cooking recipe and you would absolutely love the taste for sure. Even if you are a new cook, you can surprise everyone with this one for sure. Not sure about the name so I named it as Tasty Zesty chicken.

  • If it becomes too dry pour little bit of milk in it and keep stirring.
  • You will get the mushy and tasty zesty chicken ready.
  • Garnish with little bit of butter and chili. Serve hot with Chapatis or Parathas.
