Ingredients -
- 3-4 large potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 small Cheese cube
- Salt per taste
Method-
- Mash the boiled potatoes. Mix it with basil, oregano, salt and butter.
- Melt the cheese little and mix it well with the mashed potatoes.
- Preheat the microwave oven convection in 180 degree.
- Bake the mashed potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Using a spoon make a small hole in the middle of the potato mix.
- Crack an egg and pour into that hole. The yolk must be placed in the hole.
- Put in microwave normal mode for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
