Ingredients-
- 400gms Prawns
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 5 heaped tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1tsp tomato sauce
- 1tablespoon whipped cream
- 1tsp powdered mustard
- 1tsp lemon juice
Method-
- Peel the prawns and clean them well.
- Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
- Marinate the prawns with pinch of salt and 1tsp black pepper
- Keep it aside.
- Mix the tomato sauce, mayonnaise, remaining black pepper, mustard powder, whipped cream, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce really well. This is your cocktail sauce.
- Cut the prawns in medium pieces and divide them into 3 cocktail/champagne glasses.
- Pour the cocktail sauce generously over the prawns.
- Refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
