Kebabs are one of the greatest inventions in the history of food. The smoke, the marinade, thejuicy bit inside make it an absolute ethereal experience. For long I was planning to make Souvlaki Chicken Kebab and finally on a sunday evening I decided to make it. Souvlaki chicken Kebab is one of the easiest and yummiest kebabs according to me. Along with that I made some Taztziki sauce. And as they say why go to Greece when you can get Greek food at home?
