Ingredients-
- 150 gms basmati rice
- 500 ml Milk
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 3-4 tsp sugar
- 1 cup crushed Jaggery
- 50 gm nuts and cashew
- 2 tsp butter
- Few pieces of cherry for decoration
Method-
- Wash the rice and let it dry.
- When the rice is dried properly, ground it in the mixer.
- take a non stick pan and heat the butter.
- Put the crushed jaggery in it.
- Stir for 4-5 minutes till they melt.
- Mix the cashew and nuts in it. Keep stirring.
- Stir well till the the sugar, jaggery and nuts are mixed well.
- Keep it aside.
- Take another non stick pan and heat the milk.
- When it comes to boil mix the condensed milk in it.
- Keep stirring non stop. Otherwise lump will be formed.
- Mix the ground rice in the mixer and keep stirring.
- After stirring the mixer for 10-12 minutes non stop mix the liquid sugar and jaggery mixer in it.
- Stir it for another 10-15 minutes.
- When it get the desired texture and thickness, put the flame off.
- Pour it in a nice bowl and freeze it for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving decorate with with the cherry pieces.
- Serve chilled.
