Hariyali Potoato

This is one of my personal favorite. My Mom used to make it often. I never opposed to have it. In fact I used to drool over it. Today I thought of making this dish. This is specially for the coriander lover. Hopefully you all will find it yummie. Some call it Hariyali Potato and in Bengali some call it "Alu dhaniya".. Whatever name it has it tastes mouthwatering.





Ingredients:-

1) Potato Cubes (10-12 pcs)
2) Coriander paste (3-4 tsp)
3) Salt
4) Sugar (1/2 tsp)
5) Lemon Juice (2-3 tsp)
6) White oil (1-2 tsp)


How to cook:-

1) Boil the potato cubes and peel them off.
2) Heat oil in a pan.
3) Put the coriander paste in it and stir it well for couple of minutes.
4) Add salt and sugar in it. Stir well.
5) Add Potato cubes. Mix it well.
6) Cover it up for 4-5 minutes. Keep the gas in medium flame.
7) Sprinkle the lemon juice and cover it again for 2 minutes.

Serve hot with chapatis, parathas and puris. You will love it for sure.
